      It's a small company and leadership only thinks about themselves

      Pros

      I had some good working experiences and established good working relationships.

      Cons

      The leadership is greedy, unfriendly and and has lack of team effort. There is lack of diversity in leadership when it comes to ethnicity and age. There is a lack of support from the team. Everyone wants to play the blame game when there is mess up instead of fixing the problem.

      The HQ was located in a different state, so you miss out on some things

      Pros

      Some of the most professional people I've ever worked with. Staff always reflects a high level of respect for everyone and active participation is the norm. I've never regretted my decision to join this team!

      Cons

      Change is inevitable as the company grows. Flexibility and a willingness to learn new processes and systems makes that change easier.
