      Pros

      Based on my experience, I was impressed with the responsiveness of the recruiting process. I applied to other opportunities around the same time that are just now contacting me for next steps and I've been working for USfalcon for a month.

      Pros

      I have nothing but positive feedback to share concerning my onboarding with USfalcon. My manager is attentive and the USfalcon staff has been welcoming. The career opportunity is sort of a dream come true for myself and I have no complaints at all. Great pay and positive people is what I have experienced so far. The USfalcon HR staff was communicative with me the entire transition process from government to contractor. They even sent me a care package shortly after my onboarding to make me feel welcome. I am looking forward to performing in my full capacity as my career develops in my new role. Thank you USfalcon!
