Pros

Access to TMC. Full tuition, travel, books, insurance and editing support. Gym access as well. Great faculty and mentors. Good opportunities for networking and collaboration with other research centers in the area

Cons

It is very expensive to park in the medical center. Student housing has been opened up to anyone in the medical center, so there are long waitlists.

Pros

It's a good starter job if you like research and do not want to go straight into grad school. They set up a retirement fund once you being working there

Cons

Pay is not as high as employees would like. Might work over time but no extra pay is received for it.
