- Focus on diversity and inclusion - Positive culture and strong core values that prioritize membership - Some flexible work arrangements - Plethora of time off - Opportunities to grow within the organization - Transparent salary grades - 2-year vesting period and strong match

Cons

- Flexible work arrangements are extremely rigid, and most departments max out at two days at home per week - Limited health insurance options (strong focus on high deductible plan) - Small organization that's working through many growing pains. High turnover rates as of late, including long tenured employees - Staffing in retail can be sparse at times, leading to a poor experience for staff and membership - Salary negotiation may be difficult once in role
