Pros

Paid Time Off is generous. Great 401k match up to 5%. Prides itself on great work life balance, managers are very understanding that life happens. Opportunities for advancement.

Cons

This is still a retail based career, so if dealing with people isn't your thing, perhaps this isn't the company for you.

The pro to this company is that they have a friendly work environment. They make you feel welcome and willing to work with you. This is an awesome company to work for. I was very happy with my time here and UW Credit Union.

Cons

There are no cons I can think of.

Pros

This is a great company to work for. There's a great family vibe about it and most people like each other at the corporate office and at the branches. They have great core values and they really respect work/life balance.

Cons

If you make a mistake, you get a warning and if you get a total of 4 to 5 warnings, you likely will be fired. There's a little bit of favoritism when it comes to these warnings as well so the fairness level isn't great.
