They are a quality employer with lots of opportunity for growth in the future!

Cons

If not working in Madison/Milwaukee it can be difficult to get your foot in the door to more up.

Pros

As a Peak Time Teller and a current college student, they are very accommodating and understanding with my work schedule and availability. Great starting pay for first job/entry level job.

Cons

Work can be challenging/overwhelming at times.

Stress Mnagement for Tellers

Pros

Good compensation for the industry, fair amount of downtime and policies that are matched in action. Tellers are given a lot of responsibilty and very little extra compensation for the extra work, overtime is in extremely short supply.

Cons

I'll speak to the lack of compensation for extra work and lack of OT again. Poor attentions paid tothe levels f stress employees face
