      Insurance and 401K Schedule Coworkers

      Cons

      PTO and work life balance are bad. We are constantly stressed out due to leadership breathing down our backs and micromanaging every minute of every day. I guess it's all about the money and leadership has turned to micromanaging and pressurizing employees to do more. This will eventually backfire in a big way! Compassion has left.

      Health insurance premium Retirement (must put in 5 years to be 100% vested)

      Cons

      Low wage for amount of work and responsibilities. Short staffed is always an issue due to turnover rate. Rather than pay the employees a fair salary they hire travelers. No HR on site. Questions or requests all sent by a “ticket”.
