      Pros

      Great work-life balance, awesome team, decent benefits, good health insurance

      Cons

      Monetary recognition programs could be improved, as well as work-life balance in all departments (not just depending on the manager). A good maternity leave policy and education incentives are missing, and better PTO. Better remote options wouldn’t hurt anyone, it was proven during pandemic.

      They are always hiring which means if you need a job and are willing to wait 60 days for onboarding this will work for you

      Cons

      They are are always hiring which means high burnout and no growth in company. Also CEO is anti union so there's that.
