Pros

The IT culture is flexible and the coworkers are hard-working and intelligent. The benefits are pretty good, especially vacation time.

Cons

It is a very busy time in healthcare, but that is the case at any hospital system like this right now. The salary structure is pretty rigid.

Pros

Excellent, caring & skilled service providers, comprehensive care, decent vacation and sick leave.

Cons

Employees and their concerns are not priority for the bureaucracy of the hospital business. There are high expectations with little room for flexibility. Depending on the level of management the culture can be toxic. Too much expected of providers outside of direct patient care and the burden keeps increasing which leads to poor patient care and burnout.
