Lack of support from management Poor training from management, micromanaging, expect perfectionist, expect an employee to know too many things but does not provide the proper training There is no work-life balance, lots of turnover from all area of the organization due to poor management Management pick and choose who they like to promote rather than the base on performance

Co-workers are supportive and helpful.

Cons

The environment has become toxic in the last two years with the new CEO and his management picks. The top levels have ballooned while the workers are being asked to do more work with fewer people and resources every day. Management seems to have adopted an attitude that "beatings will continue until morale improves." Benefits are being cut back as yet another cost saving measure.
