      Good experience and exposure to technology

      Cons

      Managers and directors in analytics are yes-sayers to senior leadership on the clinical side, which creates more work for analysts than they can handle, and continuous disappointment for data requestors; the high-stress atmosphere during covid has made the workload worse and relationships more tense.

      Pros

      Meaningful work and coworkers who genuinely care about their patients, their families, and each other. Which is why anyone in healthcare should be in healthcare.

      Cons

      Leaders are not on the same page. There is a severe lack of vision from the top down. The Glassdoor review of the CEO is extremely low, yet the Star Rating for the organization isn’t horrible at the time I’m posting this review. Consider this disparity and ask questions before you accept an employment offer at UW Health. This is a large organization, and can be a very unhealthy place to work depending on who your direct leader is.
