      Beware of Primary Care and new CEO

      1. Associated with the University and the UW School of Medicine and Public Health 2. They are historically rated one of the best hospitals in Wisconsin

      Cons

      While the hospital is rated well, their clinics - especially primary care clinics - are managed quite poorly. There is a clear hierarchy amongst employees. At a recent meeting the question was posed, "who is thinking of leaving their job at UW Health?" More than 80% of the employees (including doctors) raised their hands. Consider working at (or getting your care from) Wildwood Family Medicine, GHC or even Dean.
