      I feel as though I have a purpose. That I matter, that I'm appreciated. I may mess up but I'm not chastised, I learn and get better at what I do, so I can help others better.

      Cons

      non-union. And as in all places co-workers can be crude.

      Pros

      The staff here are great to work with, and the patrons are a lot of fun to get to know! The atmosphere is professional yet still laid back. Love coming in for a shift here!

      Cons

      Doesn’t seem like upper level management beyond the department really cares about us, but I guess that’s to be expected as we’re relatively small, and UW health is a very large system.
