      Pros

      Annual Raises, benefits very good compared to other companies. Good training, good management (at my site at least). I do feel like a valued employee.

      Cons

      I'm very fortunate to have good management at the clinic I work at, but I don't think this is the case everywhere.

      It's a good place to start for a new grad.

      Cons

      They really want to to drink the UW kool-aid...fine if you are a new grad RN, but if you question or object to one of their policies, it will go down hill. Good experienced nurses ask questions and want to know why we are doing something this particular way, that was met with hostility in my experience.
