      Excellent Research Experience. UW Madison, and UW Health, provide wonderful medical science research opportunities. Love the research environment and the drive to progress science forward.

      Incredible learning facility with TOP neurosurgeons. Amazing professional respect, autonomy, and fabulously controlled environment thanks to the specialty ICU. 4-, 8-or 12-hour shifts or combo if you like. Amazing Nurse Manager.

      Stressful specialty because assessments are interpersonal and patients can turn on a dime - Q1hour neuro assessments so constantly interactive.
