      Staff very good at what they do delivering superb patient care

      Pros

      Great patients and a decent benefit package. Good Hours.

      Cons

      Too much gossip and favortism. Coworkers worry too much about other employees and not the patients. The manager has rules that only apply to certain people. There is one employee who wears clothes that shows her butt and is very rude to patients and other employees. She is one of the managers "favorites". The providers get very cranky and will either look at you like you are stupid, throw a tantrum and stomp away, and other things. You are expected to do the work of 3 people and maintain a positive attitude at all times.

      The benefits are pretty stellar, and there is lots of room for improvement.

      Cons

      There's a lot of complacency and politics. Sometimes departments don't take responsibility for things they maintain.
