      They will hire their own employees for management level positions Get bus passes Great benefits Benefits kick in after 2 months union Overall a great place to work

      Cons

      Parking- too many employees park in the parking ramp. The parking is too expensive Food at the cafe is too expensive Never hear back if you got denied the job

      Good national reputation in research.

      Cons

      A factory. No chance of upward mobility. They work hardest on their image and PR. Best thing they're good at is telling themselves how great they are.
