      Pros

      They will hire their own employees for management level positions Get bus passes Great benefits Benefits kick in after 2 months union Overall a great place to work

      Cons

      Parking- too many employees park in the parking ramp. The parking is too expensive Food at the cafe is too expensive Never hear back if you got denied the job

      Pros

      Pay for the Cath Lab is good due to the union. Taking call is not a big deal as call-ins are for true emergencies! Get a nice discount on public transportation.

      Cons

      People that should have been fired are not because of the union! Paying for parking will take a big chunk out of your paycheck! People with seniority status tend to ride the clock without pulling their weight.
