      Pros

      As a big company there are lots of opportunities for growth including classes online, job opportunities, and committees to join.

      Cons

      Insurance is somewhat ok but there are limited places to go in network. (And hardly anybody has ever heard of Quartz.) Also in a big corporation you tend to feel like just a number lost in the sea.
