      Pros

      Working within the clinics was great. Met a lot of good people and worked with. The doctors were respectful and great to there MA's.

      Cons

      The HR department does not care about the employees. The current manager for MSO Float is terrible. She has ran the department to the ground. Pay incentive is great for float but not worth it having a manager like her.
