      Pros

      The hospital is filled with wonderful and hardworking people to work with. The job itself is easy to learn and easy to perform. Staff appreciation is often mentioned.

      Cons

      The training program is lacking a bit. Pay is minimal and there isn't room for growth. Scheduling dept does not always listen to needs and requests.
