      low pay, very tiring

      look good on resume for pharmacy school applicants.

      Cons

      very inflexible schedule and low pay. Since most pharm techs are college pre-pharm student, school is the most important part yet managers don't not accommodate your exam schedule with work AT ALL! It makes it almost impossible to balance the two. Thus, the turn-over rate is super super high, which means you will be working with new/inexperienced co-workers all the time and its very inefficient.
