For the most part, great positive environment at the hospital

Cons

I really enjoyed working at UW hospital. The job metric expectations were high, and I really tried to give it 100% every day to meet them. So, I was EXHAUSTED and SORE every day. I think more vacation time or flexibility might have helped to balance this.

Cons

Pay $1350 a year for parking, way behind in raises as cost of living is outrageous. Milwaukee paid more and is actually cheaper living if u can believe it. I took a $6 pay cut coming here.
