      Pay is incredibly low Continue to add on to your role without compensation No recognition Roll out process changes without discussing or educating the department Build million dollar facilities but can’t keep any of them staffed Provider turnover is high Very few POC providers Patient Relations escalate issues instead of providing solutions Severely understaffed for the workload And so much more
