Management cares about mentoring/transferring/retaining employees Changes in the development team have created many opportunities for employees Salaries are competitive and increases and bonuses improved The facility in Fort Lauderdale (new headquarters) is beautiful and well located Atmosphere is upbeat Profit sharing plan is tiered and very generous Medical/Dental is good and 401k has a company match Lots of diversity and inclusion

Cons

Lots of work to do both good and bad Changes happen rapidly
