Pros

Very professional company that treats its employees well. Room for growth and improvement. This company really likes to promote from within.

Cons

Typical call center negatives. Strict adherence schedule. Must be logged into phones hourly. Sometimes snobby and lazy management.

The company has a lot of great people there and it is a very helpful atmosphere which is very positive.

Cons

Similar to many companies there can be long hours. Really the benefits are directly related to the time and effort put into the job.

Pros

Good pay and bonus package to start. Company is steadily growing at a tremendous rate. The employees at Uline are awesome people.

Cons

Most managers are not promoted, but hired in with degrees and no experience in the field. 5 years later they will hire new employees making more money then veterans.
