Great job security, benefits & people. I look forward to going to work every day and I don't have to worry about this company going out of business or doing layoffs. The company is growing at a significant rate and isn't slowing down!

Cons

All jobs have their negative aspects...the ones here are minor and not worth even mentioning.

Great team environment and they take care of their employees and we are constantly training and going through modules to better ourselves as a business professional as well as an individual.

Cons

There will always be downsides to any job or career you have out there. How you manage that determines what type of character you are. Management and reps have trust issues but the support system is there to discuss and deflect. One bad manager should not affect how you feel about the company itself.
