Hard to move laterally and vertically within company. Very focused on individual performance.

Profit sharing bonus, always know how much you will make since no commission. Great first sales position for anyone interested.

Cons

No commission leads some people to not work as hard. Additionally, some secrecy from management when it comes to policy and personnel changes.

This is the best place I've ever worked. Serious family vibe here and they listen to their employees. Great compensation

Cons

Very rigid way of doing things but it has worked for over 20 years with huge success. Very difficult to get hired here so good luck.
