Pros

Great for people finishing school and looking for a job to start their career. Also a great fit for established and skilled CS Reps looking for a long-term career with one company. Excellent pay, really good benefits, flexible work hours for those looking to reduce childcare costs. My team is awesome, you will make some of your best friends here.

Cons

They treat Customer Service super well-if you start with a later schedule, you will usually get an earlier one when the next training class hits the floor. Don't let a few months of mid-shift keep you from applying!

Pros

The pay is great. I'm currently in the $18 - $20 an hour range. The buildings are brand new and offer a clean and safe work environment. I hear people say the best warehouse job in the Valley. I would agree from my past experiences. The work is fast paced so you need to bring your "A" game daily, but you are rewarded with great pay, bonuses and benefits. I see general warehouse employees being promoted in to supervisor roles. That is also encouraging.

Cons

The hours not for everyone but they do a good job of explaining the hours during the interview process and why they work a 10:30am - 7:00pm shift. They are all about servicing the customer. Make sure the hours work for you.

Pros

Good money, great benefits, alot of extras.

Cons

No growth opportunities, EXTREMELY hard to switch shifts, Very poor leadership from leadership, Leadership holds some people to hirer standers then other with no rewards or promotions opportunities, leadership pawns their work load to some General Wearhouse staff with no reward. Alot of favouritism. EXTREMELY difficult hours on second shift, it really is a third shift, with again no opportunities to move to first.
