      Pros

      Management is excellent. You are view in the workplace based on how well you perform. Non biased when it comes to advancement, the harder you work, the faster you advance. good bonuses and your treated like family

      Cons

      Hours can be difficult if you have children or other priorities outside of work that can be more important than work.

      Pros

      Excellent bonuses, Family oriented, very clean work environment. Decent pay for what you do and what you have to put up with on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Distribution manager is a pathological liar and can't be trusted. Branch manager has no idea what is going on in the building. Employee moral is extremely low. Promotions are not based on performance or work ethic but on how much brown nosing you can do.

      Friendly people, good office environment, pay is good for the industry, lucrative bonus programs at the end of each year.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, the dress code is a little old school (women are required to wear tights during the winer months)
