Pros

-Compensation is well above market value for positions -Variety of entry level positions available -Well established company -Extremely structured, very in-depth training program

Cons

-Long work hours, expect to average 1 - 3 hours of overtime every day (most especially during their 4th quarter) -Company culture is very unique, definitely not for everyone -Micromanagement is the core of everything there, new ideas or innovation to current processes are heavily discouraged -High turnover, constantly hiring/terminating staff (always understaffed)

Pros

Pay is amazing. They sure focus on compensating their sales team well. Strong benefits plan for privately owned company. Dental, medical, eye, chiro, massage, etc. All salary which is nice in a sales job. Heavy follow up on training program and lengthy and a well supported mentor program.

Cons

Spending long hours completing clerical tasks. Too many side tasks added in daily and weekly duties, not enough time focused in closing business, following up with customers and building relationships. Cold calling. Micromanagement, with requests to update superiors on simplest changes in a day., no flexibility. Expectation of abnormal amount of communication. Stand by expectations and create realistic goals, don't keep elevating to an unreasonable height.

Clean, employee recognition, bright & warm, social committee, onsite gym, not cost conscious, great employees.

Cons

Unskilled mgmt team, lots of favoritism in mgmt ranks, not metrics driven, extremely long hours, no work life balance, zero empathy for home life problems, l lots of unprofessional leaders, leaders are also lack integrity & are dishonest.
