      Pros

      - growing - fast paced - good compensation - good bonus/profit sharing - structured

      Cons

      - no opportunities for growth for many positions. If you are in good with your manager you have have a higher probability of moving up - sometimes (almost all the time) too fast paced - no flexibility - can not work from home - difficult for a parent who has to do drop offs/pickups and is bound by those times

      Pros

      This company genuinely cares about their employees and wants to see them succeed. You get a LOT of feedback, but not in a negative way. If you're willing to take criticism and use it to succeed, this is the place for you. You also get a personal performance bonus every year, as well as a profit sharing bonus which ends up being around $15000 before tax. That's not a typo. Fifteen thousand. Uline treats their employees like gold.

      Cons

      You need to follow a lot of rules working here. You will get constant feedback as they believe in "continuous improvement". If you have thin skin, it's not the job for you. But if you're willing to take criticism and learn from it you can go really far. A lot of people see this as a "con" for working here, but if you want to work hard and want to be the best you can, it's a great environment.
