Where to start. When you see a company every few months posting for supervisor, manager, or warehouse staff, this should say something. Turn-around is like a revolving door at Uline. The Politics are insane, and Managers try running little internal empires. If you work at Uline, have the Ministry of Labour on speed dial in your phone, and a good Lawyer. The things Leadership try to tell you (more like threaten) are lawsuits waiting to happen. They will bully you into working past your shift, and will demand overtime is mandatory (neither of which are legal). For the stress, misery, and abuse you will take, the pay is not worth what you will go through.
