Crazy Strict and Overload of Work

Pros

If you want to become a glorified call center working for a super strict and old school company, this is the job for you! Women have to wear pantyhose in the winter and you can only have 4 personal items (with restrictions) on your desk...There is no personality in this company and is the opposite of progress for your career. It's like working in a giant beige box.

Cons

Everything, there's nothing enjoyable. Not worth the profit sharing bonus.

Long hours, office politics is everything. If you aren't in with the managers you will never be able to advance anywhere. Expected to put your managers connivence over your health and family life. If you don't, things just don't seem to work out for you

Bad Management, Bad leadership from CEO down. You either do it the ULINE way or you are belittled the entire time you are there. They spend the first few months trying to break you so that they can rebuild you in the Uline Mold
