They invest in company culture, are inclusive, attempt to pay fair wages and keep things engaging for staff. Lots of mobility to 'change lanes' and grow internally within dept or outside of it.

Cons

Things tend to roll downhill where those in production seats bear the brunt of the expectations, and upper level leadership is not always held accountable. Disorganized when it comes to change management.
