      Pros

      Seeing the amazing outcomes on a daily basis, building great rapport with your employees, managing a team and keeping it organized to your best ability, always new growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Annual review needs some tweaking as many great candidates were unable to go towards other positions due to review score. With everything that is needed on a day by day can get very overwhelming at times with managing a team of more than 16 reps. We are only one person and sometimes need to do more than just our role, it can be VERY challenging.
