Pros

Limited supervision and remote work.

Cons

Director of Technology is argumentative and lacks self awareness. Manager is mostly unreachable, knowledge hoards, and cannot admit responsibility for his mistakes while angrily blaming others. Too many pointless meetings. Career growth is stagnant and the culture is subtlely toxic. Company is needlessly instrusive in the name of "compliance".

Pros

Working from home is nice at times.

Cons

Training is really bad and management is not the best at helping with issues. Very rarely have time to take a normal lunch. Everyone is so busy they have no time to help train new people and the entire company is very unorganized. Managers seem to have no idea what is going on at times and that is no help for people who haven't been there very long. Pay is also pretty poor for the amount of work expected.

Great clients, business partners and co-workers.

Cons

This company started out as a family type of atmosphere. They were different from their bank owned competitors. As they have grown, they have moved away from that, and have made multiple new hires from their bank owned competitors. They no longer seek feedback from, nor seem to listen to their tenured employees. The feel from management has moved to a very corporate feel, very quickly.
