      Cons

      Remove bonus if you're leaving, even if you worked the full previous (bonus entitled year). Expected to work without processes in place and assumptions made too often

      Good professional atmosphere, all staff well supported and an amazing space to work in. With working from home also an option.

      Cons

      Security clearance required, so there are some limitations with that.
