Pros

Great group of people outside of management. The team is passionate about their work and helping build great solutions for their clients even though they are continually beaten down.

Cons

Lack of vision and professionalism. Personal relationships bleed into the day-to-day and cause inappropriate dynamics in the work place. If you are looking to grow professionally, this is not the place.

Pros

Hip office environment. Young, profitable and rapidly growing company. Refreshing transparency from senior management/owners. Glad to see a Richmond start up on the rise.

Cons

Extremely high rate of turnover - the "Brady Bunch" picture view of the employees on the web site is like a revolving door. Overall a very young and inexperienced group. Daily conflicts and drama, lots of tears. Hyper micro management vs. leadership (as in senior management/owners not allowing much out the door without personal review).
