      Pros

      UG does a great job paying their employees a sustainable wage. The company has great incentives.

      Cons

      While working at UG during the winter season there were many unannounced changes to the schedule which resulted in many people showing up for their shift that was now magically cancelled. NO ONE called in advance, NO ONE apologized for the inconvenience. Very frustrating. The supervisors seemed to be frustrated as well.
