Higher employee discounts than other retailers. Higher hourly wage.

No one comes to the store - pure boredom. Should deal with every customer like in hospitality.

Pros

Good discount, some nice colleagues, bit more than minimum wage pay.

Cons

They take their sweet time to put you on the system so forget about getting your first wage on your first month… you’ll get them both together and the government will keep a good amount as tax. Management is toxic.. if you are not a friend of them you get apart. Some of them would have immature attitudes that are not okay. Terrible rota schedule, not possible to have 2 days off together
