Terrible management, district manager barely acknowledge regular staff. They look below us. Had to have cut hours recently which is understandable but they only put on the schedule for the associates who got the job due to nepotism or family connection. They rotate the same four employees for employee of the month even though there are a few more who deserve it as well. When discussing with management regarding availability changes they whine and complain. When you remind them of the day you requested off, they say we have to find coverage even though we email and verbally tell them ahead of time. If I could I would definitely leave. Also one manager is always being complained to towards the company but he's still here making racist remarks towards everyone.
