      Pros

      Health Insurance is dirt cheap for amazing coverage. Company is pretty consistent about progressing and growing, so opportunities are abound.

      Cons

      A lot of the growth is so quick, they don't have logistics squared away before implementing. There is a lot of back and forth, so if you struggle with adapting quickly, this is not the company for you.

      Lots of tools, technology, and leadership development classes available. Company is constantly evolving and changing how they operate. Cross-pollination is encouraged. Exposure to global markets (depending on role) and travel. Passionate about the company vision.

      Cons

      Limited growth potential once at certain job levels. As a big company, they can easily get bogged down in "process". Follow a "stay in your swim lane" approach to many functions. Constant org changes. Lots of powerpoint. Consistency: experience at company can vary wildly by the leader you have.

      The benefits are amazing including very good health and wellness benefits, PTO, and opportunity for upward mobility.

      Cons

      The job is very stressful and the pay does not meet the demands of the position. Working long unbalanced hours and constantly working weekends and holidays does not provide a good work life balance.
