Amazing PulseI

Pros

Under Armour has a pulse like no other company. In general, co-workers, attitude and passion were amazing.

Cons

Upper Management is poor in some areas. Upper management did not care about Junior level employees. Junior level employees were a dime a dozen to upper management. Turn over rate was extremely high. Junior employees would work for a year and move on to bigger pay checks. Even employees that had been there for years were treated as disposable.

Pay is good, team is ok, leaders are still not cohesive.

Cons

people are still trying to figure out how to build the culture and brand. It will take another 10 years
