Pros

great team of young motivated people loving sport; great future ahead of the brand; new challenges every day; possibility to learn a lot in short period of time; well established brand culture and brand voice to resonate with; and definjitely fantastic product for real athletes

Cons

experiencing 'growing pains' - problems with conducting necessary changes related to growing very fast in Europe; the team in Europe is still very small and the brand awareness is low in comparison to were the brand is by now in United States; a way to go - but a great motivation to push every day

Pros

down to earth peers and company events are awesome!

Cons

People are promoted not on their skills but if they are someone's friend or in the cool crowd. Some departments are all gossip and is not professional. Not a healthy environment.
