Pros

Employee discount is nice when it fluctuates from 30% to 50%. They enforce great safety procedures to ensure employee safety. Then if you're just getting into a retail experience for the first time I highly recommend it. Another thing is you get free clothes and shoes every once in a while. The last pro that I have is the give-out time and a half on national holidays.

Cons

The upper management of the company doesn’t care about their employees. For the amount of work they make you do the pay is not enough. They also make you work long hours even for part-time employees like 40hrs. plus.
