Pros

The company has a lot of potential due to its rapid growth; there's a lot more to look forward to in the future. It promotes its employees to strive for a more creative and innovative way of thinking.

Cons

As a company expanding rapidly, it may be challenging to adapt to the company's pace. However, this pushes us to think differently and results in a more innovative ideology.
