Pros

Amazing Company, very strong and unique culture, CEO Kevin Plank is extraordinary. If you are very well politics skilled, it´s a good place to leverage your career. Good land to explorer international career.

Cons

It´s a big and continuous growing company and as it´s expanding quickly outside US. It´s constantly changing and impacting employees. The company is not yet ready and and not mature enough to deal with another countries and cultures. As it is becoming big, people managing and people care are weak and fading. Prepare to be only a number and to be discarded from day to night if an executive takes a decision.
