Pros

Strong ability to advance quickly. However, personality counts more than technical ability. Praise all processes and make the management team feel competent and you'll be successful.

Cons

You will have a hard time making process improvements without offending someone. Prepare to take on responsibilities for which you have no experience.

No slackers will last here.

Pros

Fun atmosphere and great culture. Everyone works hard, no slackers allowed here. If you can't prove yourself, then consider yourself out the door, you won't last here.

Cons

Low pay and the workload continues to rise. The executives are all men, with the exception of the VP of HR. In some areas, the working conditions are poor because there is no room to put all the employees. It's a good thing that everyone gets along so well.
