Pros

Part-time opportunities and bonus pay when reaching the goal.

Cons

I wasn't too crazy about the management. There was a lot of talking bad about the associates and favoritism. There were also cases of discrimination when it came to disability. The management (especially senior management) wouldn't take the associates too seriously and would doubt them a lot. Everything was very one-sided, and there was a lot of mistreatment. It felt very high school and you were very overworked at times and not appreciated for it.
